Did you know? Documentation that bleeding is due to, secondary to or linked to an anticoagulant will exclude the surgeon from this metric.
Document when your patient’s bleed is due to:
• Aspirin
• Plavix
• Coumadin
• Xarelto
• Heparin
• Lovenox
• Other
