Salesforce Solutions Architect

As a Salesforce Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and customized Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of both internal
and external stakeholders. You will prioritize declarative development while leveraging programmatic solutions when necessary. Your deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and best practices will be essential in optimizing platform performance and scalability.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Build declarative solutions using Flow, Lightning App Builder, validation rules, and other native tools.
  • Lead and contribute to Experience Cloud revamps, including LWC-based redesigns and ongoing maintenance.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools such as MuleSoft.
  • Perform unit testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure high-quality, high-performing solutions.
  • Participate in Salesforce deployments and release management processes.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and
    retrospectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Proven experience developing customized Salesforce solutions, including Salesforce Flow, validation rules, Lightning App Builder, and Agentforce.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce declarative features such as dependent picklists, security and visibility design, and Lightning Record Pages.
  • Expert in automation using Flows.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • ETL/Middleware expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud and Lightning Web Components is a must.
  • Salesforce Developer or Admin certification (Advanced Admin/Service Cloud) preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and hospital environments is a plus.
