Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support the ongoing administration and customization of our Salesforce platform. This role is ideal for someone a year or two into their Salesforce career who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Salesforce functionality, supporting users, and ensuring data integrity. You’ll work closely with your manager and cross-functional teams to implement system updates, manage users, and contribute to the development of declarative applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks including user setup, role and profile management, and data maintenance.
  • Support the creation and customization of Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
  • Assist in managing system security, applications, managed packages, and sandbox environments.
  • Build and modify declarative applications using tools like Flow, Lightning App Builder, and validation rules.
  • Maintain awareness of Salesforce release updates and assist in implementing new features.
  • Collaborate with end-users, management, and project teams to gather requirements and improve workflows.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and support for Salesforce-related issues.
  • Triage and manage incoming maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution and prioritization.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience with Salesforce administration or CRM systems.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools (e.g., Flow, validation rules, Lightning pages).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce reports and dashboards, Analytics Studio a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices and object-oriented architecture concepts.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification or Trailhead Ranger status preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem.
