Des Varady serves as president of Brundage Group, leading operations for the company’s physician-led, tech-enabled solutions which help U.S. hospitals and health systems navigate increasing regulatory complexity and payer demands.

An accomplished executive at the intersection of healthcare and technology, Des brings more than 30 years of experience leading, advising and scaling tech-enabled and physician-centric businesses across the healthcare continuum. As chief executive officer of Corridor, he transformed the business into a leader in revenue cycle and education solutions for post-acute care providers. He also served as CEO of Radsource, a leading provider of physician radiology services, and HWT, a healthcare data services firm.

Des has a strong track record of guiding mission-driven companies through transformative growth. His experience spans strengthening operations, developing tech-enabled services, expanding capabilities through acquisitions and building high-performing teams focused on delivering measurable client outcomes.

A U.S. Army veteran, Des earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
