Jason Coffing

Managing Partner, Co-founder

Jason has worked in the healthcare staffing industry for the last 20 years and utilizes his network and prior experience to help expand the internal team, while also assisting with the adoption and implementation of our physician-led staffing services. His people focused approach has created a loyal following of consultants and coworkers.

Jason previously worked as a senior healthcare recruiter at MedPartners, where he focused on recruiting and deploying consultants in the health information management (HIM) space. While there, he qualified for President’s Club six times in seven years, won Recruiter of the Year and qualified for the Millionaire’s Club three times.

Prior to joining MedPartners, Jason was a healthcare recruiter for Kforce’s HIM Division, which was later acquired by himagine solutions and now Omega Healthcare. In this role, Jason learned and excelled in the revenue cycle space. Jason earned “Rookie of the Year” in 2008, surpassing all first-year employees in gross profit. Prior to Kforce, Jason was a home health recruiter for Maxim Healthcare.

Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Florida State University and lives in St. Petersburg, Florida, with his wife, Karen, and two children, Jackson and Maya.
