Dr. Timothy Brundage is our chief executive officer and a physician advisor.

Dr. Brundage founded the company in 2004, and in 2022, Brundage Group made the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s ‘Fast 50’ list of fastest growing private companies.

Dr. Brundage travels the country as a physician peer educator and lecturer with a focus on breaking down departmental silos in hospital organizations and unifying clinical documentation across quality, utilization, denials and CDI. He is passionate about increasing the value of the physician advisor role within hospital systems.

Dr. Brundage is a frequent presenter at national and chapter conferences for the Association of Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialists (ACDIS), American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), American Case Management Association (ACMA) and American College of Physician Advisors (ACPA), including Leadership and Physician Advisor Conferences. He is a past board member of ACDIS and a past co-chair of the CDI committee for ACPA.

Dr. Brundage was selected by Tampa Bay Business Journal as a Health Care Heroes award winner in the health care educator category.
