Tara Zidan

President, Co-founder

With over two decades of staffing experience, Tara’s diverse background within the industry includes roles as a managing partner for two start-up companies and leading and developing both sales and operations teams. Tara started her career in staffing at one of the largest publicly traded firms, where she held many roles, including in recruiting, business development and leadership. She transitioned from life sciences to mid-revenue cycle healthcare staffing, where she helped create a case management and utilization review division for MedPartners through her trust-based, relationship building approach to business development. Tara has focused on revenue cycle staffing for ten years. As a proud graduate of Purdue University, she earned a degree in business and marketing, and lives in the Tampa with her husband Tariq.
