Marketing Director

The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing strategic, fully integrated marketing programs to promote Brundage Group products and services and enhance brand awareness to a nationwide audience. This position will act as a primary marketing representative, proactively sharing insights to business unit leaders and anticipating and responding to changing priorities, as well as working collaboratively with the Clinical, Client Engagement and Sales teams to drive client acquisition and retention.


  • Guide day-to-day management and execution of marketing plan and work closely with internal subject matter experts to make informed decisions and create sales-enabling thought leadership content.
  • Partner closely with Clinical, Client Engagement and Sales teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts, identify strategic priorities and drive alignment to reach respective department goals.
  • Demonstrate experience and ability to plan and execute against various marketing strategies and tactics, including:
      • Product Marketing: Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for proprietary product suite, driving product adoption and effectively communicating product value propositions by producing impactful, thought leadership marketing materials in collaboration with Clinical, Client Engagement, Product and Sales teams.
      • Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all content, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice, style and guidelines.
      • Content Strategy and Creation: Develop content to build brand awareness and thought leadership among target audiences, working with subject matter experts to create marketing messaging and collateral.
      • Copywriting: Write clear, concise and persuasive copy that reflects our brand voice and resonates with our target audiences.
      • Email Marketing: Work with outside agency to plan and execute impactful email marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals, including list management and audience segmentation, automation and personalization, client journey mapping, A/B testing and analytics and reporting.
      • Search Engine Marketing/Search Engine Optimization: Demonstrate understanding of SEM and SEO concepts and work with outside agency to develop content and strategy to enable sales funnel, including enhancing performance of thought leadership content assets (blog posts, videos, tip sheets, etc.) on our website.
      • Social Media Management: Assist in executing LinkedIn social media strategy and building content to engage our online network, driving brand loyalty and customer interaction.
      • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities to communicate our value proposition to the market.
      • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data and analytics tools to track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to leadership and using insights to inform future strategies.
      • Event Planning and Execution: Assist in planning and maximizing our presence at industry conferences to enhance brand visibility and drive product/service demand.
      • Other duties as assigned.


    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
    • 8-10 years B2B marketing experience, including digital marketing experience
    • Demonstrated knowledge of content strategy and digital marketing best practices
    • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Strong verbal, written and organizational skills; Advanced copywriting and editing skills required.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
    • Healthcare experience preferred.
