Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and interview potential employees through sourcing, social media, networking and various recruitment tools provided by Brundage Workforce Solutions.
- Match recruited candidates to openings, manage consultants on assignment and redeploy candidates as their assignments end.
- On-board and manage new employees from project to project.
- Instill company culture, values and policies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in human resources, hospitality, staffing or other related fields.
- Ability to build rapport with all employees.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
