Brundage Workforce Solutions is looking for a Healthcare Account Executive to join our team. The Healthcare Account Executive is a key role within our staffing division and is crucial to our continual growth. We are looking for energetic, optimistic, innovative, and customer orientated applicants. Responsibilities:
- Sign new clients to onboard for Brundage Workforce Solutions while also managing and growing current client accounts.
- Establish brand awareness in assigned territory throughout the continental US.
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, social media, networking, and various tools provided by Brundage Workforce Solutions.
- Attend in-person trade shows on a quarterly or semiannual basis.
- Instill company culture, values, and policies while working in harmony with current team.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales or business development experience; staffing industry experience preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and overcome objections.
- Strong organizational skills along with outgoing and engaging personality.
- Familiarity with various communication technologies and B2B sales.
